Different needs. A considered approach.
Choosing care involves more than choosing a destination. The starting point is your question, your circumstances and the support you actually need.

Find your starting pointDefine a public-information research, information-maintenance or process-support need. Understand the scope and decisions involved without creating a patient profile.
Start with an organisation briefThe service model
Four connected areas of support. Availability, responsibilities, fees and limits would be confirmed before any engagement. Choose selected help or a wider scope.
Bring questions, published healthcare information and practical constraints into a clearer comparison. Separate evidence from assumptions, including whether local care or a direct route could meet the need.
Clarify access requirements, information needs, possible costs and timing. Prepare questions for qualified professionals. Information about a treatment is not a personal assessment of suitability.
Define PMT’s work and the confirmations needed from others. This could include information preparation, language support, and administrative coordination around appointments and practical arrangements — subject to confirmed capability and availability.
Keep outstanding questions, follow-up information and the next responsible party clear. Plan what happens if arrangements change, a handover is not accepted, or PMT’s involvement ends.
Staying with local care, choosing another destination, arranging part of the process yourself or ending PMT’s involvement remain valid options. PMT would coordinate its own agreed work; clinical decisions and external approvals stay with their responsible professionals and organisations.
How support is designed to work
A shared understanding comes before a commitment. The process should make responsibilities and open questions visible throughout.
Identify the question, practical constraints and outcome you are trying to reach. Start with the information necessary for that purpose.
Review information and alternatives. Separate estimates from confirmed costs, and general access information from acceptance of a particular case.
Set out the work, responsibilities, fees, limits and terms. Confirm what you will arrange yourself and which decisions belong to others.
Follow agreed tasks and confirmations, review changes, and plan a clear handover or end to the engagement.
This is the intended service process. Reading this website does not create an enquiry, booking or service agreement.
Good questions matter
What PMT’s approach means — and what it does not promise.
Read the preparation guideEnquiries are not open yet. This website provides a service overview and preparation guidance. There is no medical-record intake, booking or payment route here.
No. The service model connects understanding options, preparation, agreed coordination and continuity. Help around a hospital visit is one possible part, not the whole service. This website does not recommend a treatment or establish clinical suitability.
No complete package is required by the intended model. Support would be limited to the scope agreed with you. Local care, independent arrangements, referral or ending PMT’s involvement remain valid options, subject to the terms of any actual engagement.
Qualified clinicians assess clinical suitability and care, with your informed involvement. Providers confirm acceptance and arrangements; insurers decide coverage; government authorities decide visas and entry. PMT cannot promise those decisions on their behalf.
No. A website or contact channel does not establish a PMT partnership, current availability or acceptance of an individual case. Each requires separate evidence and confirmation.
A proposal would need to distinguish PMT’s work from provider and other third-party charges, state what is included and excluded, and explain the terms. No price, saving, treatment date or response time is promised here.
Yes, within the intended model. Public-information research, information maintenance and process support can be separate tasks. A patient profile is not a prerequisite for understanding or comparing services. Enquiries and procurement are not open through this website.
